oatmeal ginger cookie dough

 why cook cookie dough when it tastes infinitely better than cookies cooked?


oats
whole wheat pastry flour
crystallized ginger
sea salt
cinnamon

coconut oil
agave/honey

melt the coconut oil in some hot water.
beat oil and agave/honey together
add all the other ingredients
mix together
freeze
